Vitcas High Temperature Spray Paint - White | 800°C Heat Resistant

VITCAS White Heat Resistant Spray Paint is a high-performance, silicone resin-based coating designed for surfaces exposed to extreme heat. With a temperature resistance of up to 800°C (1472°F), it is ideal for use on stoves, furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and other high-temperature equipment in both domestic and industrial settings. The spray provides a smooth satin matt finish, combining durability with a clean, professional appearance.

Application Instructions

  1. Surface Compatibility: Suitable for application on bare metal, vermiculite board or other insulation fireboards

  2. Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose particles. No primer required

  3. Application Conditions: Apply in temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. Shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes before use

  4. Spray Technique: Hold the can approximately 30 cm from the surface. Apply in thin, even layers, shaking between coats

Drying & Curing:

  • The surface becomes tack-free (touch-dry) in approximately 15 minutes.

  • Fully cured after heating the surface to 160°C for 1 hour (some smoke may occur during curing)

Note: Drying time may vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, and film thickness

Storage & Disposal: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C. Do not empty contents into drains. Dispose of unused product and container as hazardous waste in accordance with local regulations.

No, the Heat Resistant Spray Paint has to be applied to clean, rust free bare metal.

Can i use this for scratches on a gas hob?
Heat Resistant Spray Paint may only be used on bare metal or vermiculite board. It cannot be used on surfaces which have enamel.
Can this be used on a gas stove - the enamel has peeledoff and i need white heat resistant paint?
The enamel must be cleaned off first and the surface needs to be well prepared before the paint can be applied.
