Vermiculite Boards - Fireproof Insulation

Vitcas Vermiculite Boards are high-performance, rigid insulation panels engineered for use in high-temperature environments up to 1100°C (2010°F). Manufactured from exfoliated vermiculite and bonded with inorganic binders, these non-combustible boards offer excellent thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, and superior resistance to direct flame and heat. Unlike traditional boards, vermiculite boards are lightweight, easy to cut and shape, making them ideal for both new installations and retrofit insulation systems in domestic and industrial settings. They do not emit toxic fumes under heat and are dimensionally stable, even under prolonged thermal exposure.
